- Salary range: $65,000–$80,000 DOE
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the central hub for all customer communications — email, in-app, webinars, newsletters
- Build and enforce communication calendars to prevent over-messaging
- Draft, edit, and deliver newsletters, product updates, nurture emails, and event messaging
- Coordinate webinar production, manage scheduling, and moderate sessions as needed
- Create persona-based nurture sequences and campaign workflows in HubSpot
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on engagement and customer lifecycle
- Maintain alignment with brand voice, accessibility standards, and customer-first tone
- Surface upsell/cross-sell opportunities and recommend messaging channels
- Manage Demand Gen projects and timelines inside Asana
What You Need
- 3+ years experience in email marketing or comms with cross-team project coordination
- Strong copywriting and editing skills — concise, clear, persuasive, customer-first voice
- HubSpot (or similar platform) experience and comfort managing automated sequences
- Ability to lead communication workflows without formal authority
- Confident presenting or moderating webinars; Zoom Webinar experience preferred
- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple active initiatives
- Bonus: experience in K-12 edtech or audience-focused comms in mission-driven orgs
