Schedule
- Fully remote within the U.S.
- Full-time role with cross-team collaboration across time zones
What You’ll Do
- Act as the hub for all customer communications, managing content, timing, and delivery channels
- Build and maintain communication calendars across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Write, edit, and deliver newsletters, product updates, and campaign messaging in HubSpot
- Coordinate and host select webinars, including the bi-monthly “What’s New Review” series
- Track communication performance and recommend improvements to drive adoption and engagement
What You Need
- 3+ years of marketing experience, with proven email communications and project coordination skills
- Strong project management ability to handle multiple priorities
- Authority and confidence to enforce communication guidelines across teams
- Excellent writing and editing skills, plus comfort presenting on webinars
- Experience with Zoom Webinar and HubSpot (or similar tools)
- A passion for education and improving student outcomes
