Schedule
- Full time, remote role based in the United States
- 40 hours per week in 8 hour shifts
- Includes weekends and some holidays
- Must be able to work non traditional hours and occasional overtime when needed
What You’ll Do
- Respond to a high volume of customer comments and questions across email, phone, SMS, live chat, and social media
- Meet daily resolution targets, First Response Time goals, and SLA commitments
- Moderate the Hungryroot Facebook Group and other brand communities (approve posts, remove off topic or harmful content, answer questions, enforce guidelines)
- Produce a weekly social community roundup highlighting product feedback, customer themes, and digital experience insights
- Engage on Reddit and Trustpilot to strengthen brand reputation with thoughtful, on brand responses
- Identify emerging topics across social channels and turn them into actionable insights for Operations, Marketing, and Product teams
- Lead quality control across brand voice, tone, and engagement while consistently hitting CSAT goals
- Support lifecycle messaging in Braze, especially for issue and shipping communications
- Maintain and update Zendesk macros, Help Center FAQs, and AI agent templates so customers always have accurate, up to date information
What You Need
- 2+ years in a customer facing support or communications role
- Experience managing social channels or online communities (Facebook Groups strongly preferred)
- 1+ year working with a CRM/ticketing platform such as Zendesk, Kustomer, or Gorgias (Zendesk preferred)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a clear, friendly, and on brand tone
- Emotionally intelligent, solution oriented communication style
- Organized and detail oriented, comfortable juggling multiple tools and tasks
- Motivated, positive, proactive, and transparent attitude
- Openness to occasional travel for team building throughout the year
- Passion for healthy living and making customers’ days a little brighter
