What You’ll Do
- Master AppFolio’s payment products through onboarding and continued training
- Manage a queue of customer and partner support requests via phone, email, and chat
- Provide product training and guidance to improve customer knowledge and adoption
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring compliance with payment processing standards
- Coordinate escalations with internal Risk, Payment Operations, and vendor partners
- Maintain accurate case management records in Salesforce and Intercom
- Deliver feedback to product teams based on customer interactions
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years in remote or hybrid work environments
- Customer-facing experience in compliance, payments, risk, fraud, or fintech
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle sensitive information
- Organized and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills
- Queue-based technical support experience required
- Knowledge of property management or accounting/bookkeeping a plus
