Pay Rate: 16$ 

Location: Duluth, Georgia 

Remote 

Role Responsibilities: 

· Ability to adapt easily as procedures/assignments change 

· Ability to multi-task and organize 

· A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service 

· Available to work overtime weekly and/or Saturday hours as workload demands 

· Call center simulation testing 

· Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent 

· Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Must-haves 

· A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service 

· Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent 

· Customer service and/or clerical experience in an insurance, mortgage, or banking services environment 

· High volume in-bound call center experience
