Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (U.S. based)
- Independent, goal-driven role with flexibility to manage workload remotely
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and process customer orders across multiple business lines
- Send confirmations, provide order status updates, and ensure accuracy in fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively
- Manage special orders, pricing requests, billing inquiries, credits, returns, and adjustments
- Learn and explain product offerings to support customer purchasing decisions
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate order documentation
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of customer service experience in a call center or monitored environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to remain calm and professional while resolving customer issues
- Distribution company or healthcare/medical industry experience a plus
