Schedule
- Remote, must provide a distraction-free environment with high-speed internet
- Paid training through University of Farmers before you begin serving customers
- CST Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
- MST Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Regular business hours: CST 7:00 AM–8:00 PM / MST 6:00 AM–7:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, chat, and email channels
- Handle inquiries on coverage, billing, and policy details with accuracy
- Partner with Policy Support, Claims, and Underwriting teams to resolve issues
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Property & Casualty Producer/Agent license required (Farmers covers paid training and exam if you’re not yet licensed)
