What You’ll Do
You will assist Panda Express customers by answering questions, listening to feedback, and helping improve their dining experience. While helping customers, you will:

Respond to incoming calls and emails
Answer customer questions with informed, fact-based communication
Collect information by reviewing communication history and the details of the current situation
Creatively resolve customer issues
Use a variety of systems and informational resources to research and respond to customer inquiries
Uphold Panda Express values, policies, and procedures
About You
You’re excited about the customer dining experience and the quality of their meals! Successful Work from Home Customer Care Representatives supporting Panda Express will have:

Some prior customer care experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
The ability to empathize
A friendly and professional attitude
Good problem solving and de-escalation skills
Commitment to transparency and fact-based communication
Strong interpersonal skills
A good understanding of PCs
The ability to navigate web browsers and other software
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Your Home Office Environment
You will need a computer and equipment that meets the following specifications, at minimum:

Computer: PC with Microsoft Windows 10 (Macs are NOT supported at this time)
Memory: At least 8 GB of RAM
Internet: High-speed, hard-wired internet
Display: Two monitors recommended
USB noise-cancelling headset
Webcam
Up-to-date antivirus software
It’s Remote and Flexible
You’ll be responding to calls and emails from the customers of Panda Express and making money from the comfort and safety of your own home.

Plus, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select when you work and when you don’t. That means you’ll have the freedom to schedule around your own needs, the needs of your family, and the important events in your life.

Hours of operation are:

Monday-Friday, 12pm – 9pm ET
Saturday-Sunday, 12pm – 8pm ET
You choose your own hours within those hours of operation.

Pay and Perks
