Schedule
- Full-time, remote (United States)
- Standard business hours with flexibility depending on department needs
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and faxes, triage inquiries, and ensure customers reach the right specialist
- Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, deductibles, and process order intake
- Coordinate between customers, healthcare providers, insurers, and distributors to ensure accurate and timely orders
- Collect required medical documentation and payments for out-of-pocket expenses
- Provide consistent, empathetic customer service and solutions to meet client needs
What You Need
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience with insurance verification and calculating deductibles/coinsurance
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Associate’s degree in a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
