Call volume will be highest during these dates, with lower volume prior to and after open enrollment. The best part? Earnings Potential
- The contracted rate is $0.28 for English and $0.31 for Spanish per Customer Interaction Minute (CIM).
- Contractors will be provided a prorated minimum of 54 minutes per productive hour.
- This program also has incentives available beyond the per-minute rate.

Schedule
- Flexible schedule opportunities – you choose your own hours!
- Hours of operations are 7am-8pm CT Monday-Friday and may increase during open enrollment
Work Environment Requirements
- Quiet, uninterrupted space during all working hours.
Technology Requirements
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet connection, such as cable, fiber optic, or DSL (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or mobile internet)
- Windows 11 operating system
- Windows Security/Microsoft Defender Antivirus (included in Windows 11 and free to use), running and up to date
- Wired USB headset with microphone.
- A smart phone and be willing to accept texts related to program work.
- Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
Important Information
We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, MN, MT, NH, NJ, NY, OR, PA VT, WA, WI for this program.
Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
