Schedule
- Contract gig: November 10 – December 8, 2025 (with potential follow-up program after)
- Flexible hours: set your own schedule
- Operating hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT
- Must be able to pass a background check
What You’ll Do
- Assist callers with benefits enrollment, account setup, plan questions, and navigation support
- Provide empathetic, professional customer service
- Manage high call volumes during peak open enrollment dates
- Handle communication via phone and digital platforms
What You Need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service instincts and a calm, empathetic tone
- Tech-savvy with consistent computer and internet usage
- A quiet, uninterrupted home workspace
- Must reside in an eligible U.S. state (see below)

Technology Requirements
- Windows 11 PC (no tablets or Chromebooks)
- Wired internet (cable, DSL, or fiber; no Wi-Fi or satellite)
- Wired USB headset with mic
- Smartphone for work-related notifications
Earnings
- $0.28 per customer interaction minute (CIM) for English
- $0.31 per CIM for Spanish
- Guaranteed prorated minimum of 54 CIMs per productive hour
- Additional performance incentives available
