Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.)
- Monday–Friday business hours (with flexibility based on business needs)
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert while representing GoodLeap on customer calls.
- Provide exceptional service and support through clear, empathetic communication.
- Identify customer needs and offer additional GoodLeap products where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.
- Resolve concerns with professionalism; escalate issues to management when needed.
- Contribute to team goals and complete additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience (solar industry experience a plus).
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to show patience, empathy, and active listening.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and open to coaching and feedback.
