Their Billing Services Division specializes in Revenue Cycle Management plus Enrollment and Credentialing, partnering with ABA service providers and other mission-driven organizations to improve reimbursement outcomes and operational stability.

What You’ll Do
Maintain strict HIPAA-compliant confidentiality with all client data
Serve as primary point of contact for customers within an assigned POD structure
Prepare for and lead customer meetings to review open A/R, denials, and mitigation plans
Own assigned accounts and act as the communication lead across billing, posting, and enrollment and credentialing teams
Partner with Customer Success to align on customer needs, priorities, and retention strategies
Review customer account reports, client requests, and track resolution progress for timely follow-through
Own and resolve incoming account-specific Salesforce tickets, coordinating with internal teams to close items
Monitor customer account health versus benchmarks and drive actions to address risks or projects
Delegate work to POD A/R reps to support collections, issue resolution, and trend mitigation
Coordinate POD huddles across functional teams to manage shared accounts
Collaborate with Compliance on accounts above benchmarks or at risk
Build and manage customer at-risk plans, ensuring actions are assigned and completed
Review A/R aging reports and follow up on rejections and denials to meet POD goals
File appeals with payers and, when needed, the insurance commissioner
Submit corrected claims and research payer billing rules and requirements
Review and interpret payer contracts when applicable
Track performance metrics and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent
ABA billing experience
2–5 years of billing experience with commercial payers and state Medicaid programs
2–7 years of account management experience
Experience using payer websites and portals
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
High attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong follow-through
Comfort working with global employees and cross-functional teams
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort handling multiple accounts
