What You’ll Do
⦁ Maintain strict HIPAA-compliant confidentiality with all client and billing data
⦁ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within your assigned POD structure
⦁ Prepare and lead customer meetings to review open A/R, denials, and mitigation plans
⦁ Own account communication across billing, posting, and enrollment and credentialing teams
⦁ Partner with Customer Success to align priorities, retention strategy, and customer needs
⦁ Review account reports and client requests, tracking progress to ensure timely resolution
⦁ Own incoming account tickets in Salesforce and drive them to completion with the right internal teams
⦁ Monitor account health vs. benchmarks and identify actions to correct issues and close gaps
⦁ Delegate and coordinate work with POD A/R reps through huddles and shared workflows
⦁ Follow up on A/R aging, rejections, and denials, submitting corrected claims as needed
⦁ File appeals with insurers and, when necessary, the insurance commissioner
⦁ Research payor billing rules, interpret contracts when applicable, and stay current on industry requirements
⦁ Track key performance metrics and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma (or equivalent)
⦁ ABA billing experience (required)
⦁ 2–5 years of billing experience with major commercial insurers and state Medicaid programs
⦁ 2–7 years of account management experience
⦁ Experience navigating insurance portals and payor websites
⦁ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
⦁ Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and clear communication with internal teams and payors
⦁ Positive, hands-on mindset with comfort juggling multiple accounts
⦁ Experience working with global employees (preferred)
