Schedule
- Remote across the US or Canada (depending on residency)

What You’ll Do
- Handle Tier 1 customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while escalating bugs when needed
- Contribute to FAQs, training materials, and internal documentation
- Empathize with customers, ensuring issues are resolved thoroughly and timely
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve support processes
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in high-volume customer service or support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Technical writing skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills and growth-oriented mindset
