Schedule
- Full-time, remote (with occasional business travel mentioned)
- Pay: approximately $24.00–$28.80/hour (offer within range based on experience and skills)
- High touch portfolio work via phone and email
What You’ll Do
- Call/email assigned customers to secure payment on past-due invoices
- Partner with customer contacts and internal sales teams to remove payment blockers and prevent repeat issues
- Identify and resolve billing disputes per company standards
- Log detailed notes for every customer interaction in Oracle Financials (timely and accurate)
- Research unidentified payments with finance partners when needed
- Perform account maintenance: refunds, credits, write-offs, etc.
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting and account updates to leadership
- Handle other duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma
- 3–5 years B2B accounts receivable or collections experience
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Basic accounting and reconciliation skills
- ERP experience required (Oracle and Siebel preferred)
- Strong follow-through, calm under conflict, able to multitask and still use common sense
- Comfortable working independently and within a team, with an eye for process improvement
