Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and develop best-in-class curricular resources, including session guides, facilitator manuals, handouts, and group exercises.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, facilitators, and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum is evidence-based, inclusive, and aligned with best practices.
- Synthesize peer-reviewed research with organizational data to create content grounded in relational, trauma-informed, and third-wave CBT models.
- Incorporate culturally responsive and affirming practices into all materials.
- Regularly review and revise curriculum based on facilitator and client feedback.
- Maintain version control and documentation standards for curriculum materials.
- Support training efforts by providing content explanations and outlines.
- Explore opportunities to integrate interactive elements, multimedia, and engagement strategies.
- Contribute to innovation by evolving curriculum to meet emerging client needs and treatment trends.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy) with active or prior licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC).
- Direct clinical experience required.
- 2+ years of experience in curriculum writing, clinical content development, or related fields.
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills with clarity, empathy, and accuracy.
- Broad knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic models (relational, trauma-informed, CBT, DBT, ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy).
- Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into accessible, client-centered materials.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and version control.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with native or bilingual English proficiency.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Benefits
- Base Salary: $57,000–$75,000/year (based on experience, location, and internal equity)
