Schedule
- Remote role with required travel to event locations (domestic and OCONUS)
- Full-time, 30+ hours per week
- Flexible balance of remote work and on-site support
What You’ll Do
- Develop, adapt, and manage curriculum aligned with approved Army standards
- Prepare participant packets, certificates, and instructional materials for training events
- Ensure audiovisual tools and classroom media are functional and integrated into setups
- Provide on-site support during events, including curriculum delivery and evaluation collection
- Track curriculum usage, version control, and costs related to production and shipping
- Contribute input to monthly and quarterly program reports
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of curriculum development, instructional support, or adult education experience
- Background in military or government training programs (preferred)
- Active Secret Clearance (required)
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools
- Ability to travel and complete Army security training requirements
