What You’ll Do
- Supervise day-to-day Crisis Management team operations, balancing workload and distributing crisis requests
- Conduct performance audits on crisis interactions and documentation, provide feedback, and address performance issues
- Manage client escalations and complex cases to drive swift resolution and positive outcomes
- Onboard, train, and support new Crisis Managers
- Partner with the Crisis Care Delivery Manager on scheduling, after-hours support, and weekend coverage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to maintain continuity of care across the organization
What You Need
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Active clinical licensure preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role in crisis management or behavioral health
- Strong crisis management knowledge (risk assessments, de-escalation, best practices)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Comfortable using cloud-based tools daily (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce) plus EMR and survey software
- Work authorized in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
