- Flexible hours required (after-hours/weekend coverage planning included)
- Hybrid expectation for team members living within 45 minutes of a Charlie Health office
- Uses cloud-based tools daily (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce) plus EMR/survey software
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day supervision, triage coverage, and workload distribution for the Crisis Management team
- Audit crisis interactions and documentation for quality and compliance, give feedback, and address performance issues
- Manage escalations and complex cases, ensuring timely resolution and positive client outcomes
- Onboard, train, and support new Crisis Managers with structured ramp-up and ongoing coaching
- Partner with the Crisis Care Delivery Manager on scheduling, after-hours support, and weekend coverage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to maintain continuity of care across the organization
What You Need
- Master’s degree in a mental health field (required)
- Active clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in crisis management or behavioral health settings
- Strong command of crisis protocols, de-escalation techniques, and risk assessment best practices
- Confident coaching and feedback skills, with a calm, solution-focused conflict management style
- Comfort leading with data: using metrics to manage performance and improve quality
- Work authorization in the U.S. and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Willingness to work flexibly based on team/client/program needs

Compensation
- Target total compensation: $75,000–$93,000 per year (based on location, experience, internal equity, and business needs)
- Total comp may also include incentive components and, depending on the role, additional company-sponsored benefits
