Schedule
- Full time, exempt position
- Remote role within the United States
- Flexible hours required to support team coverage, crisis volume, and programming demands
- Collaboration with Crisis Care Delivery Manager on scheduling, after hours support, and weekend coverage
- Team members living within 45 minutes of a Charlie Health office are expected to follow a hybrid schedule
What You’ll Do
- Supervise the day to day operations of the Crisis Management team, ensuring crisis requests are distributed efficiently and workloads are balanced
- Review crisis interactions and documentation, conduct performance audits, and provide clear, actionable feedback to support quality and development
- Manage client escalations and complex crisis cases, ensuring timely intervention and strong clinical outcomes
- Onboard, train, and mentor new Crisis Managers so they are confident with protocols, tools, and expectations
- Partner with the Crisis Care Delivery Manager on staffing, schedule design, after hours coverage, and overall crisis response structure
- Collaborate with other department leads and supervisors to maintain continuity of care, strong communication, and consistent standards across teams
- Use data to monitor performance, identify trends, and support process improvements in crisis operations
- Model calm leadership, ethical practice, and effective communication in high pressure situations
What You Need
- Master’s degree in a mental health field (such as social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy)
- Active clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in crisis management or behavioral health settings
- Strong working knowledge of crisis management protocols, risk assessment, and crisis de escalation best practices
- Proven ability to coach, give constructive feedback, and support performance growth in a supportive, solutions oriented way
- Comfort using data and metrics to guide decisions, evaluate performance, and improve workflows
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours based on team and client needs
- Authorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
- Familiarity with cloud based tools and platforms such as Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce, plus EMR and survey software
Benefits
- Target total compensation range of approximately $75,000–$93,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and internal equity
