What You’ll Do
- Monitor crisis queues for clients in individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions
- Respond to inbound crisis calls with real-time risk assessment, de-escalation, and safety planning
- Screen risk and collaborate on stabilization plans for clients at risk of harm to self or others
- Complete required documentation aligned with compliance standards and best practices
- Serve as a key point of contact for crisis triage during group sessions in partnership with Care Coaches and Senior Care Coaches
- Conduct case consults with Care Team members as needed
- Collaborate with therapists, care coaches, group facilitators, and other care team members on client care
- Support care coordination tasks and other duties as assigned by leadership
What You Need
- Independently licensed clinician
- Crisis intervention experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment and adapt within a growing organization
- Comfortable using cloud-based tools and software (Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, EMR)
