Schedule
- W2 part time position
- Remote role within the United States
- Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Schedule flexibility required to meet team and client needs within a high paced IOP environment
- You will serve as an on demand crisis resource during group and individual programming hours
- Role is not available to candidates residing in Illinois
What You’ll Do
- Monitor crisis queues for clients engaged in individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions
- Screen for risk and collaborate on stabilization plans for clients at risk of harm to themselves or others
- Provide immediate crisis intervention and de escalation support for highly distressed or dysregulated clients
- Serve as a key point of contact for crisis triage during client group sessions in partnership with Senior Care Coaches and Care Coaches
- Conduct case consults with Care Team members and support therapists, facilitators, and coaches in managing clinical risk
- Coordinate care with the broader team to maintain safety, continuity, and alignment with each client’s treatment plan
- Complete all required crisis documentation in line with compliance standards and Charlie Health best practices
- Perform additional crisis response and prevention tasks as assigned by clinical leadership
What You Need
- Independently licensed clinician in a behavioral health discipline (for example, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology)
- Previous crisis experience preferred, such as work on crisis lines, emergency departments, IOP, PHP, or inpatient units
- Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week with schedule flexibility
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort making real time safety and risk assessments
- Motivation to work in a fast paced, mission driven environment and help shape a growing program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with cloud based communication tools and software, including Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, and EMR platforms
- Authorized to work in the United States
