Schedule
- W2 part-time role
- Minimum 20 hours per week
- Flexibility required to support crisis needs and team coverage
- Remote work; quiet and confidential workspace required
What You’ll Do
- Monitor crisis queues and respond to urgent client needs
- Conduct risk screenings and collaborate on safety plans
- De-escalate clients in acute emotional distress
- Support therapists, care coaches, and other clinical staff during live treatment sessions
- Document interventions and follow compliance standards
- Participate in case consults and crisis coordination tasks
- Serve as a key point of contact during client crises in IOP programming
What You Need
- Independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
- Previous crisis intervention experience preferred
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Proficient in digital tools including Gmail, Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, EMR systems
- Passion for mental health crisis response and client safety
