Schedule
- Part-time, W2 role (minimum 20 hours per week)
- Flexible scheduling to meet client and team needs
- Remote position (not available to candidates in Illinois)
What You’ll Do
- Monitor crisis queues and provide timely interventions for clients in therapy and group sessions
- Screen client risk levels and collaborate on stabilization planning
- Complete documentation in compliance with Charlie Health standards and regulations
- Serve as primary contact for crisis triage during sessions
- Conduct case consultations with Care Team members
- Partner with therapists, care coaches, and facilitators to coordinate client care
- Support prevention strategies to reduce hospitalizations and relapses
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
What You Need
- Independent clinical licensure required (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
- Prior crisis intervention experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, emotionally demanding environment
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Slack, Gmail, Zoom, EMR)
- Passion for mental health and client-centered care
