- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows proficiency
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask, handle shifting priorities, interruptions, and tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
- Self-starter mindset with proactive problem-solving
Benefits
- Not listed in the posting (this one reads like an hourly remote role with standard EEO language, but no benefits section included)
Quick gut-check: “Entry level” and “2–4 years required” is the classic HR contradiction. Don’t let that stop you. If you’ve got adjacent experience (court systems, records, compliance, case management, government paperwork), you’re in range.
