Schedule
- 100% Remote, full-time
- $19 per hour, paid weekly
What You’ll Do
- Manage and process creditor communications, including downloading, editing, and uploading large data files.
- Create and maintain Mass Scrub Partner lists using Excel macros.
- Track monthly performance metrics like penetration rates and mass volumes.
- Generate operational reports (OPS, Trough, escrow predictions) and respond to ad hoc data requests from leadership.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for data sharing and manage internal SFTP folders.
- Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and trends across large datasets.
What You Need
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including macros, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
- Debt Pay Pro or similar CRM experience is a plus.
