What You’ll Do
- Contact customers to resolve overdue payments
- Maintain accurate collection activity records
- Review accounts to identify delinquencies and risk
- Send invoices and account statements
- Conduct credit checks for new and existing customers
- Address billing and payment disputes with professionalism
- Escalate high-risk accounts when needed
- Monitor and report on collection progress
What You Need
- Proven experience in credit/collections or AR
- Strong understanding of collections best practices
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work independently or with a team
