Schedule

Responsibilities
- Complete enrollment, credentialing, and re-credentialing applications for providers and group practices
- Maintain detailed logs of pending and completed work
- Communicate results and status of applications with physicians, payers, managers, and colleagues
- Manage and update CAQH profiles and physician enrollment records
- Document all activities within the enrollment database
- Coordinate signatures, payer processing, and research
- Conduct extensive phone and internet-based follow-ups
- Research and resolve claim issues related to physician enrollment
- Support additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- Experience in medical billing and/or healthcare provider relations
- Prior enrollment or credentialing experience preferred
- College degree or coursework in progress preferred
- Strong background in customer service, client relations, and claims resolution
- Professional demeanor with a proactive, self-starter attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and organized with strong reporting abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings
