Schedule
- Full-time, non-exempt role
- Remote position, reporting to the Behavioral Health division
- Standard business hours with flexibility as needed
What You’ll Do
- Complete enrollment, credentialing, and re-credentialing applications for individual providers and group practices
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary liaison for contracting, credentialing, and enrollment
- Maintain a detailed log of all pending and completed applications
- Communicate results and status updates with physicians, payers, and internal staff
- Maintain and update CAQH profiles and enrollment documentation
- Coordinate signatures, payer processing, and research claim issues related to enrollment
- Provide reporting on status updates and escalate issues as needed
- Support claim resolution by ensuring providers are properly credentialed
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
What You Need
- Proven experience managing multi-state credentialing processes for providers and group practices
- Experience in medical billing or healthcare provider relations
- Strong familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid programs; experience with healthcare facilities preferred
- Customer service, client relations, and claims resolution experience required
- Professional demeanor with a self-starter, team-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred: Experience with Ketamine therapy or Spravato credentialing
