You’ll own provider credentialing end to end, tracking expirables, renewals, verifications, and vendor coordination to keep Fabric’s medical staff continuously compliant with clients and payors.

Schedule
• Full time, remote eligible (NYC or Remote)
• Must be authorized to work in the US with no current or future visa sponsorship
• Work requires strong independent ownership, tracking, and follow-through across multiple compliance cycles

What You’ll Do
• Facilitate initial and renewal licensing applications, ensuring state and federal compliance
• Pre-fill and complete state and employer-specific Supervisory Agreements as required
• Maintain accurate credentialing files and provider profiles in credentialing systems, tracking expirations and renewal timelines
• Proactively manage renewals for licenses and certifications, run audits, and report compliance status to leadership
• Verify licenses, certifications, education, work history, and other required provider credentials
• Manage clinician vendor profiles and ensure timely completion of new and renewal application requests
• Request and distribute malpractice Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and support internal/external audits
• Assist with customer and payor applications and act as a key liaison with outside vendors and customers

What You Need
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years experience in medical licensing and/or credentialing
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills
• Comfort working independently while partnering cross-functionally
• Understanding of credentialing requirements and compliance guidelines
• Credentialing terminology knowledge is a plus
