- Collaboration with internal teams including project management, billing, and client relations
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding for new clients
- Complete payer enrollments and revalidations on deadline
- Follow up on claim submission issues, ERA retrieval, and eligibility questions
- Build and maintain relationships with key client decision makers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Assist with implementation issues and billing inquiries
- Navigate internal systems to run reports, review payment posting details, and pull claims
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Requirements
- EMS experience or medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with lockboxes preferred
- Experience using ticketing systems strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented on the phone
- High attention to detail and accuracy
