Schedule
- Fully remote 1099 contractor role
- Must be available evenings to match group schedules (3 pm–8 pm MT, Monday–Thursday; 12 pm–3 pm MT on Saturday)
- Minimum 9 hours per week, with the option to grow up to 40 hours
- Sessions are delivered via secure telehealth platforms from your own confidential, private space
- Admissions team matches clients to your availability so you can focus on facilitation, not logistics
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate virtual creative arts groups using modalities such as art, music, dance, movement, yoga, or other expressive therapies
- Integrate creative approaches with therapeutic frameworks (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI, etc. a plus) to support clients with serious mental health needs
- Work with a broad age range including children, teens, young adults, and adults
- Build safe, engaging, and relational group spaces where clients can process, express, and connect
- Collaborate with the broader care team and follow established treatment expectations and documentation standards
- Use telehealth tools (Zoom, EMR, Google Suite, Slack, Dropbox) to deliver consistent, high-quality care
- Maintain professional boundaries, self-care, and a steady presence for high-acuity populations
What You Need
- Work authorization in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and adults in mental or behavioral health settings
- Comfort and confidence facilitating group-based services over video
- Certification as a creative arts facilitator is preferred (all relevant disciplines welcome to apply)
- Strong comfort using cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, survey software)
- Availability between 9 and 40 hours per week, including required evening blocks
- Ability to create a confidential, professional telehealth environment with reliable WiFi
- Note: This role is not available to candidates in Illinois (Charlie Health requirement)
