Schedule
- Full-time, remote (call center environment)
- Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 pm–6:30 am EST
- Company equipment provided (computer, monitor, virtual phone, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys regarding medical record requests.
- Provide accurate updates on medical record status.
- Document information across multiple platforms using dual monitors.
- Process requests efficiently in compliance with policies and HIPAA regulations.
- Contribute to a high-performance environment by meeting quality and productivity standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Comfortable working overnight shifts in a high-volume production environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Previous call center or medical records experience a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
