This is a senior leadership role for a conversion-minded copy powerhouse who can set the bar, build the system, and coach a team, while still getting their hands dirty. You’ll own copy strategy, quality, and performance across BiOptimizers’ DTC and eCommerce ecosystem, translating science into compliant, high-converting messaging.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and scale winning angles across ads, email/SMS, landing pages, PDPs, funnels, scripts, web, and packaging
- Own copy-driven CRO: create hypotheses, brief and run tests, partner with growth/design/analytics, and scale winners (ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV, CTR, CPA)
- Hire, assign, and manage in-house and freelance writers; build briefing, drafting, editing, and QA workflows
- Edit daily to elevate clarity, narrative flow, proof, and brand voice; coach writers to level up fast
- Use AI tools to accelerate creative output while keeping copy human, brand-right, and conversion-focused
- Build copy systems: voice/style guides, offer matrices, messaging maps, headline banks, swipe files, and checklists
- Translate research into compliant benefit-led claims and uphold FTC/FDA standards
- Move fast, iterate based on data, and protect brand guardrails
- Contribute thought leadership (articles, teardowns, talks) and mentorship
What You Need
- 10+ years of DTC/eCommerce copy experience (including direct response)
- 3+ years leading and/or editing copy teams
- Demonstrated CRO impact with test plans and measurable before/after results
- Experience hiring, coaching, and capacity planning for writers and editors
- Strong editing skills, messaging hierarchy, and claim substantiation
- Data fluency and cross-functional collaboration (growth, product, design, analytics)
- Familiarity with supplement compliance (or ability to ramp quickly)
- Strong project management and communication
- College degree required

- Revenue impact through AOV, LTV, and funnel throughput
- Speed and structure of experiments launched and analyzed
- Voice consistency and compliant claims with fewer edit cycles

- Increased share of voice via thought leadership
