Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Training schedule: 8:00am–5:00pm CST (mandatory)
- Must be flexible to work shifts Monday–Friday between 7:00am–8:00pm CST
- 100% remote, requires reliable wired internet connection
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and evaluate calls, cases, and team performance to ensure quality and compliance
- Provide constructive feedback, recognition, and training insights to improve service delivery
- Track customer experience trends and deliver weekly/monthly analysis to leadership
- Lead quality-focused projects, client calibration sessions, and root cause investigations
- Support cross-functional collaboration to uphold regulatory and company standards
What You Need
- HS diploma required; degree or certification in related field preferred
- 3+ years of call quality audit experience strongly preferred
- Experience in patient support programs or hub services is a plus
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish is an asset
