Schedule
- Fully remote within the U.S.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Must be able to manage deadlines and lead a remote team effectively
Responsibilities
- Supervise and prioritize COB team operations, including auditing, identification, investigation, and validation.
- Monitor workflows to ensure compliance with client SLAs and production quality standards.
- Utilize COB expertise, rules, and regulations to oversee daily department functions.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, NAIC, and state COB guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to document and refine policies, procedures, and processes.
- Handle client issues, providing timely resolution and professional communication.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
- Collaborate across departments while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years of healthcare/insurance auditing experience specific to COB (COBRX), including at least 3 years in leadership.
- Proven client-facing experience with measurable results.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- SQL experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a standard office environment remotely (extended screen time, phone, and office equipment use).

- Salary: $70,000 annually (based on experience, skills, and location)
