What You’ll Do
- Oversee all stages of conversational AI projects (chatbots and voicebots) from setup through continuous improvement
- Define project objectives, strategies, timelines, resources, and delivery plans
- Assign tasks to Conversational Designers and Conversational AI Engineers
- Collect and document customer requirements and translate feedback into actionable team work
- Lead client-facing meetings (weekly check-ins, delivery presentations, retrospectives) and track decisions and next steps
- Monitor project performance, KPIs, delivery health, and optimization opportunities
- Identify risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans
- Own the roadmap and support backlog prioritization across sprints (Agile/Scrum)
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and client SLAs, including QA checkpoints and approval flows
- Maintain visibility through dashboards, reporting, and stakeholder updates
What You Need
- 5+ years of Conversational AI delivery experience
- Fluent English and French OR German (C1 minimum)
- Experience delivering chatbot and voicebot projects using Cognigy and/or LLM tools
- Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Agile/Scrum experience and comfort running multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and stay highly organized
