What You’ll Do
- Oversee all financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Manage accounting functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Lead year-end audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for accuracy and efficiency
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and risk assessment
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor performance against financial goals and recommend improvements
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required
- 7+ years of financial management experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP and accounting software
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking ability
- Collaborative mindset and proven ability to work cross-functionally
