• Cross-department interaction, including Legal, Leadership, and Operations
What You’ll Do
• Oversee contract administration and full contract lifecycle management
• Manage legal request intake and review processes
• Maintain and update company contract templates
• Create and refine workflows for contracts, compliance, and litigation tracking
• Assist with drafting templates, SOPs, and legal playbooks
• Identify and implement automation tools to reduce manual work
• Establish document naming conventions and organizational systems
• Maintain official electronic files and corporate records
• Draft, review, and process routine contracts and legal documents
• Project manage Legal Department initiatives and efficiency improvements
• Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys
• Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and confidentiality standards
• Take on additional projects as assigned
What You Need
• Undergraduate degree and experience in contract management or paralegal work
• Experience implementing or managing contract/document management systems
• Strong communication skills across departments and with external partners
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven team player with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Strict adherence to confidentiality
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Google Workspace
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
