  • Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative tasks related to contract data inflow and outflow, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Template Maintenance: Maintain and update approved company templates for contracts, including NDA, MSA, SOWs, and Order Forms, ensuring consistency and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Vendor Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to facilitate vendor onboarding tasks, ensuring smooth integration into project workflows.
  • Sub-Contractor Engagements: Responsible for all aspects of subcontractor task orders, from creation to compliance assessment. Create and manage subcontractor agreements, including invoicing and financial reporting, and identify and mitigate associated risks. Maintain comprehensive records and provide regular reports on subcontractor performance, compliance, and financial status to management and project teams.
  • Post-Signature Processes: Input contract data into the Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution, review and summarize contract terms for project teams, and support project kick-off activities.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives for CLM and contract management systems, streamlining administrative processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Record Management: Maintain comprehensive records of contract-related documents and communications, facilitating easy access and retrieval as needed.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong administrative background, with experience in contract administration or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Contracts Lifecycle Management Systems (CLM) and Subcontractor/Vendor Management.
  • Strong understanding of contracts and the legal aspects of subcontracting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Paralegal experience preferred.
  • Bilingual, Spanish and English.
