- Territory-based coverage (travel for conferences/meetings/events may be required as needed)
What You’ll Do
- Recruit and onboard independent contractors within your territory
- Run recruitment campaigns, guide applicants through screening/background checks, and answer questions about expectations, pay model, and agreements
- Ensure contractors can quickly enter workflow using training content (articles/videos)
- Keep contractor rosters, credentials, and documentation accurate and current
- Serve as primary point of contact for contractor issues and inquiries
- Monitor coverage, identify gaps, and adjust zones/strategy to maintain sufficient capacity
- Track contractor performance metrics (job scoring, app usage) and provide coaching/training support
- Handle escalations tied to contractor performance with Collections, Escalations, and Fulfillment teams
- Respond proactively to territory issues that affect service (weather, closures, regulation changes, road conditions, cost spikes, etc.)
- Build contractor satisfaction programs (incentives, training, education) with peers
- Meet contractors via phone/Zoom/in person, gather feedback, and report themes to leadership
- Contribute to knowledge base content and internal communications (articles, bulletin ideas)
- Research local rules/regulations for process servers/private investigators and monitor court changes
- Participate in relevant associations, groups, and industry events
- Share product feedback internally and provide contractor updates to management as requested
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years handling sensitive documentation (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
- 2+ years working in a law firm, courthouse, attorney service, or corporate/government legal department, or a degree in legal studies/related field (criminology, political science, business admin)
- Preferred: experience in a high-volume civil litigation environment or legal services support company
- Strong attention to detail and legal-document accuracy (including affidavits/compliance procedures)
- Professional, clear communication with clients and independent contractors (phone + email)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to stay productive in a high-volume environment
- Solid foundation in civil procedure, filing, and service protocols
- High comfort with tech and learning new software quickly (CRM, order management systems, MS apps)

$75,760 – $94,700 annually (placement depends on experience, skills, and internal equity).
