Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process with a heavy focus on three primary areas: Recruitment Support, Candidate Experience and Operational/Admin Support. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 6-month contract (1099) position and reports directly to the VP, Talent Acquisition.
Preferred Location and Expected Work Hours
- This is a remote, home-office based role and and candidates should be located in the Eastern time zone; however, highly qualified candidates in the Central time zone may be considered
- Expected work hours are 30-40 hours/week for this role

Essential Functions
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate progress and hiring statuses
- Assist in resume screening and initial candidate outreach when needed
- Contribute to projects including but not limited to candidate sourcing, reporting, candidate surveys, and ad-hoc projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Ensure timely communication and provide updates to candidates on their application status
- Assist with tracking key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate pipeline data
- Support employer branding efforts, including social media recruitment initiatives
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative roles
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling tools; Jobvite ATS experience is a PLUS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Hourly rate: $30.00 – $40.00/hour
This represents the expected hourly range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job-related factors. Dodge Construction Network’s compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
