What You’ll Do
- Manage the full contract lifecycle through the eGRC platform
- Monitor governance workflows, signing authority, and compliance with policies
- Review assigned contracts, highlighting material terms and variances from standards
- Negotiate favorable terms, mitigate risks, and resolve disputes with vendors
- Support vendor onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Collaborate with finance teams to align terms with budgets and cost structures
- Facilitate discussions with internal teams to ensure obligations are met
- Develop improved contract templates, strategies, and best practices
- Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation
- Provide exam management deliverables with People Leader support
What You Need
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of experience in contract management (specialist or associate level)
- Knowledge of contract principles, accounting, finance, and business practices
- Strong contract development, negotiation, and risk mitigation skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendor and stakeholder relationships effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
