What You’ll Do
- Act as the central point of contact for the Go To Market team on deal structure, pricing, and non-standard terms.
- Review and govern deals to make sure pricing, discounts, and configurations align with company rules and profitability targets.
- Coordinate internal approvals (Legal, Finance, Leadership) so complex deals don’t get stuck.
- Maintain pricing rules, product catalogs, and discount logic inside the CRM (such as HubSpot).
- Generate accurate customer contracts for new deals and upsells based on approved terms.
- Partner with Legal to manage the full contract lifecycle in the CLM system, including version control and organized storage.
- Facilitate execution and circulation of contracts, ensuring fully signed copies reach all internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep a clean, searchable archive of executed contracts and approvals to support audits and reporting.
- Track and help improve contract lifecycle metrics such as speed to execution.
- Provide guidance and training to the Go To Market team on deal desk processes and best practices.
What You Need
- 2–4 years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in Sales Operations, Finance, or a dedicated Deal Desk role.
- Strong CRM experience with a major platform (for example HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Comfort using task or project management tools (such as Asana, ClickUp, or Trello).
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to own and report on contract-related KPIs.
- Excellent attention to detail with a zero-error mindset for legal and financial documents.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to balance sales urgency and compliance requirements.
- Experience with CLM tools (such as SpotDraft, Ironclad) and/or CPQ systems is a plus.
- Basic understanding of revenue recognition and legal terms (T&Cs) is helpful.
- Interest in working with legal/ops AI tools is a bonus.
