Schedule
- Fully remote
- Full-time (30–40 hours/week)
- Primary hours on weekends + weekday afternoons/evenings
- Long-term commitment: at least two semesters starting Summer 2025
What You’ll Do
- Teach math virtually to students K-8 using the Think Academy platform and curriculum
- Manage and engage online classrooms of up to 18 students
- Prepare lessons, grade homework, and support learning outside class
- Provide timely, constructive communication to parents and students
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one)
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Passion for teaching and working with children
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- STEM or education background a plus, but not required
- Math competition experience is a bonus
Benefits
- $30–$35/hr for teaching
- $16–$20/hr for prep, grading, and student support
