- Cross-functional collaboration with content, consultants, sales/customer teams, and engineering
What You’ll Do
- Create original i-Human Patient virtual simulation encounters with realistic, critical-thinking-driven scenarios
- Revise and improve existing cases and educational resources
- Collaborate with peers/consultants on content development, healthcare media, and support materials
- Support sales, nurse consultants, and customer engagement teams during implementations (best practices, analytics usage, faculty/student training, and Q&A)
- Partner with engineering on upcoming features and enhancements, plus product testing and quality improvements
- Stay current on curriculum development/implementation innovations
- Use and maintain proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft products, Smartsheets, and new tech as needed
What You Need
- Master’s degree (preferred NP or PA)
- Clinical practice experience: 5 years
- Healthcare education experience: 5 years
- Healthcare education simulation experience: 3 years minimum
- Strong knowledge of nursing education trends and product/content design
- Knowledge of curricular design
- Strong written/verbal communication, organized, self-motivated
- Comfortable adapting to tools and workflow changes; solid Google/Microsoft + Smartsheets proficiency

Pay
- $45.00 per hour
