What You’ll Do
• Support the customer education roadmap by coordinating webinars, organizing content, and helping build out help center resources
• Create and manage customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and blog-style education content with Product Marketing, Sales, and Insights
• Track content engagement and share learnings to improve onboarding, education, and platform adoption
What You Need
• Strong writing and storytelling skills that translate data and product details into clear, audience-focused content
• Strong organization and project management skills, with comfort juggling stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
• 0–2 years experience in marketing, content creation, customer education, or communications (plus: webinar tools, CMS, B2B, associations/dealership experience)
