Schedule
- Remote 1099 contractor role with room to grow hours over time
- Must be available for late afternoons/evenings on weekdays (roughly 3–8 pm MT, Monday–Thursday) and Saturdays
- Minimum commitment of 9 recurring group hours per week (with availability between 9 and 40 hours total)
- You’ll facilitate telehealth groups from a private, quiet, and confidential location with reliable WiFi
- Daily work is video-based and team-connected via online platforms (Zoom, Slack, EMR, etc.)
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate remote contemplative groups that support clients in developing mindful awareness, self-inquiry, compassion, and purpose
- Integrate your specific contemplative discipline (for example yoga therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, spiritual coaching, chaplaincy, transpersonal or contemplative psychology, etc.) into structured, trauma-aware sessions
- Work with high-acuity populations in a virtual IOP setting, helping clients stabilize, regulate, and stay engaged in treatment
- Adapt your facilitation style for a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults
- Collaborate with clinical and integrative care teams to align your work with each client’s broader treatment plan
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in the electronic medical record and follow telehealth best practices
- Bring creativity, warmth, and presence to video groups so that clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and safe
- Participate in communication and coordination through tools like Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, and EMR/survey platforms
What You Need
- Required: Clinical experience and/or experience in mental or behavioral health (they are explicit on this)
- Certification in your contemplative practice (all disciplines welcome) and/or a clinical license
- At least 3 years of teaching or facilitating experience in your contemplative field
- Experience working with high-acuity clients and comfort holding space for intense emotions and complex presentations
- Experience with a wide age range: children, teens, young adults, and adults
- Master’s degree in mental health or a related field is strongly preferred
- Technical comfort running virtual groups via telehealth platforms and cloud tools
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional, private setting for sessions
- Authorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
