If you’re good at calming people down and explaining confusing medical bills like it’s your superpower, this role is a solid fit. You’ll be the front line for patients with billing, insurance, EOB questions, and payment arrangements, using multiple systems to get them answers.

About Ventra Health

If you’ve already got healthcare billing exposure, that’s a cheat code here. If you don’t, but you’re sharp, patient, and can learn fast, you can still compete.

Apply, and keep it clean on your resume: call volume, billing support, insurance/EOB exposure, and “multiple systems at once” should be loud.

Happy Hunting,
